A family of farms, not only a real-estate project.
Krishi Parivar began with one belief — city families deserve a real, working farm in the Konkan without giving up their week to run it.
It started with 86 acres and a promise.
We assembled contiguous farmland in Kankavali, cleared every title, laid roads and water lines, and planted Alphonso, cashew and coconut before selling a single plot. The promise: whoever buys here should inherit a working estate, not a map.
Today the estate is a gated community of owner families from Delhi, Gurugram and beyond — with our own team living and working on the land year-round.
Three promises to every owner.
Transparency first
Title documents before token money. Monthly photo and expense reports after. No surprises, ever.
Land stewardship
Organic practice, native species, rain-fed reservoirs — the estate must be healthier every year it is farmed.
Community, not plots
Shared roads, shared harvest festivals, one management team — a neighbourhood that happens to be a farm.
Built slowly, on purpose.
Scouted the Konkan belt — soil, water, access and road links.
Title checks, 7/12 verification and independent soil testing.
Plot layout, agronomy plan and water infrastructure cleared.
86 acres assembled, plantation planted and plots released.
